Install

Method 1 (Better Method)
Unzip the files on skin.img folder (skin selector for modloader)
*CAUTION: DO NOT ADD SKINS WITH PEDESTRIANS NAMES as BMYDJ.dff etc., ALWAYS leave unique names. Feel free to rename the files .dff and .txd.

Method 2
Add files on skin.img using Alcis img editor (old Skin selector)
*CAUTION: DO NOT IMPORT SKINS WITH PEDESTRIANS NAMES as BMYDJ.dff etc., ALWAYS leave unique names. Feel free to rename the files .dff and .txd.

Method 3
Rename the files for an NPC name Like male01.dff and male01.txd and add to gta3.img using Alcis img editor. (in Models Folder on GTA San Andreas)

Method 4
Rename the files for an NPC name Like male01.dff and male01.txd and unzip in any modloader folder. (Example: Modloader\MY SKIN\GTA3IMG)
